Do you already own a crossfire transmitter?

dull salmon
#

yeah

azure tinsel
#

rip

Outdated and expensive

dull salmon
#

yeah but let's say i got it for cheap

#

even outdated

azure tinsel
#

still a lot worse than ELRS would be

#

and even receiver wise

#

but your build is fine other than that, I'd also get at least an M10 GPS

dull salmon
#

ok thanks 😉

dull salmon
#

if its worth it why not

azure tinsel
#

I wouldn't get the TX16S if you're only doing quads because it is huge and not very comfortable

#

Get a Boxer/Pocket/T15/T20

dull salmon
#

but the boxer is also huge

#

no?

azure tinsel
#

The Boxer is not that big honestly, it's the same size as all the game controller style radios.

#

T15 is the same size as that

#

and the Pocket and T20 are small

dull salmon
#

so i'll take a boxer and change the crossfire for an elrs transmitter thanks

#

and the gps just comes in w the kit so i probably won't bother changing it

#

if it works

azure tinsel
#

It's slower and older, but it does work... you don't really need a GPS at all for a freestyle build

dull salmon
#

yeah freestyle was the goal so it'll be fine

#

thank you so much

#

i really appreciate it

ELRS is an upgrade you will genuinely feel in terms of response time

dull salmon
azure tinsel
#

It's fine stock for 99% of people

#

I mean it does 1W, unless you're doing anything special you don't need anything else

dull salmon
#

you saved me hours thanks

The Jumper T15 is basically a Boxer but upgraded with an LCD screen

#

but it does have the chance of having QC issues

#

The T20 has full-size gimbals and is nice and small and comfy, if you don't have a car or something it's useful to have something smaller.

dull salmon
#

ok i'll check those out

dull salmon
#

is this enough?
