where to start in FPV

hello
i want to get into FPV or drone racing
i can get anything off of amazon for free from my school as long as i can build it myself and it must be a "kit". i cant buy the parts individually and the kit must be decently priced.
i want to be able to do stuff like this:

my school will let me buy that is electronic because i take computer science, however it must be a kit and i have to build it myself. i cant just build a prebuilt drone
