did you check the connection between the FC and ESC?
bent pins in plugs, etc
i used the 8 pin cable to connect instead of solder. Is this a common issue? The motors are soldered directly to the ESC
Sometimes pins get bent in the connector. It's not common, but it happens to someone from time to time.
All you gotta do is inplug the cable and look inside the connectors..
take pics if unsure
Ah ok, they dont seem to be bent on the esc or the fc. I also tried with different 8 pin connectors too but ran into the same issue
how could you try with different 8pin connectors?
they're fixed to the FC and ESC
Oh i meant the 8 pin cables. I received three, one from the FC and two from the original and replacement ESCs
the cable is irrelevant
it's the pins in the connector of the FC and ESC that I want you to check
For the FC, i updated it to 4.4.3. The ESC hasnt been updated yet, since it'll only be able to see and update the 2 ESCs recognized
For the FC, i updated it to 4.4.3
did it work before updating?
No, it never worked, only ran the two ESCs
