Holy... Checked my DVR from yesterday and it pulls up to 32A

32A is for all 4 motors, your 35A ESC does 35A for each motor. That means, theoretically, you can pull 140A before your ESC would give up. A reason you use a 35A which is a bit of overkill, is for voltage spikes.
My 5" had a 30A ESC, and did perfectly fine on full throttle for 5+ seconds (my batteries less so)

Awesome camera! I love mine, and use that starlight camera on 3 different builds at the moment 😄
the VTX get's HOT and needs good airflow over the top and bottom.
You'll need to get rid of those TPU side covers so air can get across it.
