Based on the extensive info provided, I have come to the conclusion that I have no fucking clue, and neither will anyone else.
can you post a pic of the board?
i just screwed it back together but it doesnt use like wires
it has a copper wire sticking out of it]
i can unscrew if you need more details
wait BF doesn't detect stick input, from a radio then?
yeah
its binded but it just doesnt detect stick input
I'm kinda pulling your leg here.
You need to provide all the info we could need. Like, what are we even talking about? Show some pictures etc
figuring that out now lmao
so unclear
how do you know its binded?
setup is radio master zorro and mobuls 8
cus when i power the quad off it says "model still powered" on the orro
zorro
put it in the title maybe
how did you buy it? both quad and radio seperate and did you bind it yourself or...?
binded it myself
any guide you followed to bind it?
yeah i did
i just did it over wifi but one thing i accidentally deleted a "luac" file from the zorro someone said i can get it back but never responded ot my how
this doesn't seem to be good @stoic shoal
okay lets start from scratch
Have you touched betaflight in any way? Like, tried to update it etc
so you only fiddled with the uarts?
yeah
alright, then lets figure out which version of betaflight is on it
i dont have a flight controller on my desk but im sure you can figure it out
its in betaflight, not on the drone
I would recommend you to put in your title that you deleted the lua C script
it's fine we'll get that sorted too
yeah but i was getting pics of the board
how do i find the version
open BF top
or wait no
this one maybe
(middle)
ok i gotta screw it back together first
all good
its 4.4.2
you didnt make it easier for yourself (read, me) to get this sorted by flipping all the UARTs on and off
ok
turn serial rx on for UART2
ok
send a screenshot of the "receiver" tab in betaflight
Brutus will handle this calmy and proffesionally
good, but might as well turn on telemetry while you're there
save and reboot
your zorro is ELRS, yes?
ye
alright, let me find the lua for you again
oh thats fine
ok
lmao yeah
wait nvm i think i can find that too

stop doing things
ok
or at the very least tell me what you are doing
i just turned off the radio and turned it on
then it connected to my quad
like before it wasnt connected so we couldnt test stick inputs after the uart changes
but now its connected
alright, so, all fixed?
but still no stick inputs 😦
guess we're good there too
open the elrs lua script and take a picture of that
yes
there is no scripts tool
show what you see in tools
whats above those
Betaflight CMS
Betaflight setup
DSM FwdPrg
yeah but there is no scripts section
im going off memory here, there's a chance i got that wrong
doesnt really matter as long as you find the lua
ok
scripts -> tools i guess
good stuff
so now power off the radio?
sure i guess
does it need to be its own folder
it needs to be in the tools folder
you put the lua in tools, but it is not in tools?
yeah
hm, it's getting late and my brain has kinda went to bed already, can't really think of why that would be.
maybe there is a limit of 10?
no clue
thats probably not a good thing to do
why
if you dont know why, then dont
ok
in general in fpv, dont do stuff if you dont know what/why will happen
ok
like the uarts switch flicking
im still not sure on how i can just like soft reset my zorro
bc it was binded to another drone before
but that shouldnt be a problem
im still not sure why you think you need to do that?
but as i said, its getting late here and im heading to bed, lets hope someone else pops in and finish what we started :)
ok
thx for the help
good luck 🤞
How?
no clue
even better
lol but i broke the quad on accident
the o3 cable which came pre installed in the fc just wasnt going in the port i accidentally pushed too hard and it broke it off
welcome to fpv
