Hello, recently I have been flying my quad and at random times while flying with good video and everything I would just start seeing a grey background with osd and if I would turn the quad or goggles off and on again it would just fix it self. I know this is a common problem but usually people see the grey background with osd the whole time and it seems like my problem is unique since there isn’t any info online. How can I prevent this from happening again?

My best guess is that the camera is for whatever reason making a bad connection
check the solder joints and connector
Yeah I tried soldering the ground wire to a different pad and everything is working well so far without that annoying grey background with osd. Thank you
Never mind earlier today I went to the field and immediately for no reason after a couple of seconds or so I would get grey background with osd again. Do you any other possible solutions?
If you're still seeing the OSD and everything is just solid grey, the only explanation is that the flight controller is no longer getting a video signal from the camera
There are a lot of reasons why that could be the case though
What hardware is in your build, and how do you have it wired up?
Have you very thoroughly checked the quality of all of your solder joints?
I just figured out that it’s probably that the camera is just getting turned off. I have a RunCam split mini 2 whitch has a power button touching one of the arms, so my best guess is that maybe the arm gets loose and turns off the camera🤔. So now I’m in the process of finding a 3D model of a cover for the button or designing one myself.
