#motors hot, should I care?

I have 1507s on a 3-in running 4S and the motors come back so hot that I don't really want to hold on to them for more than a second or two but I haven't had any weird issues that I've noticed so should I start giving a s*** or just leave them be

Assuming it’s a BLHeli_S ESC, I fixed all the heat problems by flashing bluejay 0.19 and enabling bidirectional dshot
