I can’t help you with binding your controller so you’ll have to wait for someone more experienced to come help you. For the ev800d, as long as you have the analog nazgul5 it’s should be as simple as turning on the drone and pressing search on the goggles. You could also use betaflight to see your exact channel/frequency for the video and manually set it to the correct one on the goggles.

Thanks, someone’s helping me for the rx
Great, do have video in the goggles yet?
No, for now I’m still trying to connect the controller
Ok but when ur ready you could try to connect the video. It should not take more than 30 sec
You just need to power on your drone
With the battery right ?
Yes
And then power on the goggles
And press the search button on the goggles
I think it’s bottom left
Ok lemme just put the antennas
Ok
Awesome!
Just not sure, I’ll have to re-bind it every time ?
No, the headset will remember the last channel you were on.
Also, you might not be in the best channel since multiple channels might at the same time work even tho there is only one correct, you could say that the video is leaking over to other channels. If that’s the case, you could check in betaflight for your exact channel and then put it in manually in the goggles. It’s not 100% necessary but it doesn’t hurt and takes like 5 mins
How do I change this on the googles ?
1 the VTX is the VideoTX (TX=Transmitter)
2 the other buttons are for setting the channel and frequency manually if you want to do what I said before. The other buttons are for turning it on/off, for recording/taking pictures (if you have an SD-Card inserted) and for navigating the menu
First plug you drone into betaflight
Oops, here ends my knowledge. It seems like the VTX (Video transmitter on your drone) isn’t configured correctly or not supported. I have never had this problem so I don’t really know what to do. I thought that everything on your drone would be done and just BNF. I can’t guarantee that it will work but you can try to replugging the drone with a battery. I am sorry
I haven’t watched the whole video but you can try giving this a watch

It’s also important that you don’t do anything before you have watched the video so you know if you can/can’t do it before it’s too late.

Here is the VTX Tables website to download your drone's VTX Protocol: https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight/wiki/VTX-tables
After updating the firmware on my mini-quad, I accidentally selected "Reset to default" which I believe wiped all the setting...
