So I’m trying to restore my Emax tiny hawk 1 and I just bought new batteries on Amazon and only one of them gives it enough power to actually do something . But I just freaking bought them. So what is the best 450mAH ?

You have what are known as "high voltage" lipos, or LiHV, which charge to 4.35V instead of the normal 4.2V. You need to use a charger that is actually able to accomplish that
