Hey everyone, I currently own a iflight chimera 7 pro with dji air unit wasp, and a commando 8 radio.
I recently learned how to fly and have been, although along the way I sadly ended up frying my (I believe) ESC and FC? And maybe my dji air unit to. So I’m here to ask.

How can I test my dji air unit to see if it’s still functioning?(also ordering a new dji air unit able when I find the correct one)

I’m and currently looking and a new blitz controller online for this drone. (if someone could educate me on this component that is stacked below the first board that would be wonderful.) I would like to know if I need to replace this to? Is seems to be the part of which the Motors are connecting to? And I need to figure out if I need to replace and components this is connected to. Hard thing is, no (FC?) to be connected to the pc. So I don’t know.

I am also seeing there a maybe called a compositor? On the Blitz labeled:

But I’m also seeing onlien for this blitz board, the (compositor?) is connecting directly to the blitz, but here in this board is not. So how would I need to compensate for this?

I’m sure I will remember more here in bit (may add a few things), I’m still but wired up with all the things happening on here, so give me some patience please. Thank you all.

Testing the air unit is easy, just give it voltage and see if an image shows up in the goggles. It doesn't need to be attached to the drone

Okay thanks. Can I use my 22v battery for it?

depends which air unit it is.
the original big one with 2 antennas, or the smaller vista with 1 antenna?

go through the menus and stuff, i think on mine it's called "DC Power" next to the charging, discharging, balancing options etc

Discharge
Storage
Balance
EXTdischarge
Digital power
Sync charge.

1.2 A @9V is a normal current draw for the vista. It's not shorted, but that doesn't mean it's not fried. What LED is lighting up?

Usually it's red for a couple of seconds and then switches to green
