Drone drifting excessively on take off

1. ESC calibration
2. triple checked cw and ccw rotation direction

when you have the sticks centered, do you see the values as 1500 in the configurator for the flight controller (assuming it has a decent FC)?

yess, it has a min value of 1000, max of 2000 and 1500 when centred

With all sticks centred, btw im using pixhawk 1 FC

and now when you move the throttle all the way down?

moving throttle up/down on the radio moves the throttle indicator in the configurator?

if it's possible to set a gyro offset in the firmware, make sure that is correct
