I’ve got a recent interest in streaming FPV content to some friends of mine who don’t live in the same area, being able to hang out while I fly and watch a live feed. What sort of setup do I need to do this? I’ve already got capture cards and a laptop, but I’m not sure how I can get that kind of a feed out of my goggles. Any ideas? Thanks guys.

But it's really just a android box that uses the same you can get on your phone

i've got an iphone sadpout

#

So this box theoretically is just a little HDMI dongle, and then I can connect it to a laptop through an HDMI capture card?

It also auto launches the app when you plug the goggles in

#

Yeah I pretty much tote around a little 7in camera monitor and that box and that gives you HDMI out pretty easily

#

I've been meaning to make a raspberry pie that does the same thing but I'm lazy

yep. my plan is to use a 4in cam monitor with hdmi in and out

crimson hemlock
#

Oh same setup then 🤣

how hard do you think an rpi setup is

#

im lazy

crimson hemlock
#

Not that hard

#

There's a ready made image

I've been meaning to give it a go cause I think the pi running normal Linux would be less finicky then the Android box
