DJI fpv controller issues

Hey guys- got a DJI FPV, having trouble with the controller, wondering if anyone knows why.
My first flight I kept getting a remote control error message, and was unable to pitch up/down.
Watched another video on how to set up the controller for manual mode, gave the remote another play, took it out for flight 2.
Flight 2, unable to turn left/right (so same joystick as up/down).
Rewatched the video, tried again, flight 3: unable to pitch up.

Each flight I get “remote control error”.
The third flight I also got “tighten throttle f2 screw” message.

The throttle/roll (sorry dunno the correct word lol) has been pretty smooth consistently.
It’s just the right joystick always giving me some sort of issue.
Any ideas?
And why is it telling me to tighten the throttle screw when that’s working great?

Maybe you've loosened the screws for the gimbals a tad too much? (or tightened 🤷‍♂️ )
Honestly though, there's not many ways to troubleshoot or fix it, so I would suggest you contact DJI and RMA it, I wouldn't expect them to charge you any money for it, and it'll only be gone for a week or two.
