I got this 30$ app that allows you to input framing lines for what certain lenses will look like on your sensor and help you understand what look you can get when you’re scouting. Holy shit.
This is worth every penny because now I feel confident in not being EVERY PIECE OF GEAR I OWN to shoot photos as a hobbyist
Like I now know I’d shoot this at 50mm and crop it a little for a tighter shot cause I don’t think I have 60mm
what app
o
Might be worth a look if you can spare the 30$
Life ain't free, just got it for my iPad slick app. Now I just need more lens
It's not on Android but I'm sure I can find something similar
It’s even worse shooting on 120 film
Because lenses are so different
Because it’s so much bigger than full frame sensors/film
I don’t shoot 120 for the cost. I have an A7RIV for that.
I shoot 120 MF because it’s fun as shit. It’s full manual
It’s all the best parts of photography
120 is the most enjoyable format imo
Large format film is too expensive for me to be able to enjoy
What camera u using??
i have a lot of cameras
For 120 that is
I mean I’m not gonna complain if u tell me about all of them
But especially 120
[nevermind]
A7RIV for digital photography
A7SII for digital video
GH4 for B-CAM
Blackmagic Pocket 4K for high end commercial real estate work
Canon C100 mk2 for youtube
2x Sony A5000's for webcams
Mamiya 645 for MF
I just bought a shen hao TFC617 that I'm very excited for
and then a handful of various 35mm film cameras
my fuji x100s just died a few weeks ago :(
Ahhhhhhhhh mamiya 645
my carry camera is a pentax ME with some infared film in it right now
I want one
it's way cool
⬆️

Yeh I’d get excited about the black magic etc but I don’t have enough money rn to buy drones I’m still waiting until I can afford one
Ok ok so I shoot with a yashicamat 124g
ewwwwwwwwww the worst kind of mf
I have a couple viewfinder previews of shots I took in america
No
No
The best
Well
No
Not the best
6x24 is the most godly mf
Idk why it exists but it’s cool
Anyway
These are some of the shots thru the viewfinder bc I gotta get the film developed but I’m excited for these ones
That middle one is gonna bc shit bc of the lighting probs
But oh wellll
Also ima get a bronica gs1 which is cool
It’s either that or a drone
And I want an slr mf 6x7
Pretty good... 🔥
It’s only a preview type thing so they are r the best like that

The rods on both sides let you go handheld right away. Both rods can be adjusted in height and position around the camera, and one side can even be completely removed if not needed. All camera connections, buttons, dials and the battery door remain fully accessible. Our custom hotshoe pinch connects your camera into one solid piece with the cage...
is this compatible with nikon d5100
doesn’t look like it. only says D5500. Not sure about the sizes on Nikons
Even so - ew, cages for DSLRs
compatible with Canon 80D, 70D, 60D, 50D, 40D, 30D, 6D, 7D, 7D MarkII, 5D MarkII, 5D MarkIII, 5DS, 5DS R, Nikon D7000, D7100, D7200, D300S, D610, DF, Sony A99, and of course almost any medium-sized DSLR on the market. The height of the cheese rods is 145mm, the width of this cage is 196mm.
just got a gorpro hero 6. my first gopro
I assume there is a way to make this draw 1S from the lipo? battery seems like a waste
also, I have a 32gb class-10 card, should I get a bigger one?
cheese rods
You can get a USB to balance connector cable
and yes get a bigger card. 64+
what and have the USB door open all the time?
don't feel great about either of those
then use the batt
the 6 isn’t that heavy
it’s not a problem if you don’t crash into water
hhhhhmmmmmm

Mistakes have been made gentlemen

That would be a broken lens
