#ELS FLASHING SPEED IS GLITCHING

Hello, when playing in game and studio, sometimes the els flashes 2x as fast as it should, sometimes it flashes 10x as fast (which is blinding). It is not the speed that is set incorrectly as i will load into the game, have it flash at 10x speed, then reload the game and its fixed, it happens every 1/2 times i load into a game. Any help would be much appreciated!
