How in the world can i get trailer wheels to spin?

add an axle part, have both the wheel and axle part have attachments at the same position (preferably the position of which the wheel will spin at)
then add a hinge constraint, and make sure attachments are rotated properly, you will know when the hingeconstraint is the right way around.
make sure to rotate both attachments part
