After its been raining for a couple minutes, and then you switch to Sunny, it turns down the rain volume to the drizzle rain but it doesnt turn off. This happens a lot more if you're on a laggy device but happens on a good one sometimes too. You have to rejoin for it to fix.

i asked other people and they said the same thing happens to them too
maybe you can make the code to turn off the rain sound run like 3 times to make sure its off idk
anyway it only fixes if you rejoin the game, not even resetting
