Honestly, the levels just feel a little empty; I think it would be cool to be able to hear distant swarms, gunfire, or other things to make the world feel more like the war is still being fought by more than just the squad.
I also think the loud noise that accompanies the start of a swarm event should play as the Zeke begin pouring in through the skyline. It just gets awkwardly quiet, otherwise.
