You must be connecting to other regions for example your in NA then you got connected let's say somewhere in Asia you gonna get 300 ping or 200 depending how far away is that if your in Europe you get 150 ping still you cannot do anything about it

@sturdy crow This only started after the recent update. Before, high ping and map bugs were rare — now it happens almost every match. The problem isn't on my side, it’s the update.

In my case, it's even worse. My ping increased from 140 to 250 and it's impossible to play. It's a shame.

And there's no "connect to a more distant server". That's just an excuse for the last botched update. I've been playing for years and I've never had this problem.

And I'm not the only one with this problem. Many players have it too. Just yesterday, several friends gave up playing because of this.

Please, Saber, fix this.

@violet lichen Look, I had already complained about this a few days ago. I even contacted support, but it still hasn’t been resolved.
All of this started happening after the last update, because before that everything was working fine.
My ping here used to stay between 120 and 130 at most.
After the update, it went up to 200 and even 350, not to mention the matches where the game just disconnects me out of nowhere.
And I’ve even tested my internet connection to see if that might be the problem, but it’s not — it’s working perfectly.
It would be really good if Saber could set up an active Brazilian server. I’m sure that would improve things and also solve this lag issue.
I’m pretty sure that the people dealing with this problem are only the Brazilians.
Please give us some attention, if it’s not too much to ask, because playing with this kind of lag is discouraging — it really makes you want to stop playing.

As I said before, it's impossible to play. The latest update only made things worse. After a while, the ping goes up a lot and it becomes impossible to play. And it's not just me, there are several Brazilian players who are experiencing the same problem. In my case, I even gave up playing. It's disheartening for a game that I love so much to be like this.

There are more people dealing with it, but they don't complain—probably because they think it will get better on its own.
But if the problem isn't fixed at the source, it will never actually improve.
In this case, the source would be SABER’s server.

I'm from Argentina and I don't have "my region". as I said before, my minimum ping is 130-150 (mostly 140+). Lately the game is sending me to European or Asian servers where I have +250 or +350 ping.
