Perfectionist, great perk for players that don't take damage very often

i feel like this perk on more guns would lead to people hogging med kits to heal just a sliver of health while other team mates are in need

I use this perk all the time and never once have I done that.

Plus it's not so impactful that it will change the playstyle of other players.

saber could just make it an overall feature where all your guns perform better when at max hp

especially sicne deathmark and advanced user are better

and most guns already have handling and accuracy perks

just because you have never done it doesn't mean other people won't also. There are a lot of people who play this game like they are solo and will watch you die rather than use a med on you
