The update broke my game

the homescreen and gameplay is severely broken. the textures and models are literally disappearing then reappearing. Its been i think 5 months that they havent fixed this bug yet. I also re-installed the game, tried to delete some files. But it still stayed the same.🫤

is there a way to fix this by yourself?

Hi! Please, specify which API you are using. Also, verify the integrity of your game files. Try switching from Vulkan to DirectX.

I did all that stuff and I can't switch to Vulkan. The option is stuck to Direct X and if I force it in the configuration the game crashes and defaults back to Direct X the next time it is launched

I did in January and have been following up on it almost every month until July when I was told that they are hoping that the patches they are issuing out eventually fix the issue but it's still persistent.

ugh i waited so long for the update and its still not fixed

i updated the game, i deleted files, i tried changing the settings. The update really just broke my game. Literally havent played it since the day i made this report. like look its still the SAME issue.

Looks like a GPU issue. Probably the game is broken on older GPUs. Could you share your specs so others with similar specs can figure out what the common factor is. @limpid rose

are you on intel iGPU? I had a similar issue using UHD770, but not with UHD630 for some reason. Try lowering your resolution and settings.

honestly, i literally just play the game. I dont know any of those things. I did watch a tutorial and i changed my resolution, disks, and display disks

but it didnt work

its not that my computer is bad, since i could play wwz just fine before the xl horde update

maybe if u could elaborate more since im a newbie when it comes to the UHD and disk stuff 👍

Are you on laptop or desktop? Does your device have just one or two video cards? CPU’s have video cards in them, if that’s your only one then that’s the main problem. If your device have two one with cpu and another separate one then u might wanna try manually selecting the video card that’s individual

it's literally a problem with Intel UHD and Intel iris xe graphics

and it's been a whole year of being gaslit about "we're fixing the problem" with a whole year of nothing to show the said "fix"

they don't even recognize it as a known issue when you have many players here and other platforms like Steam complaining about it

please fix this Saber, it's been a whole year and a month

I tried using dxvk and it just lags my game, i tried 64 bit and 34 bit but wwz is only compatible on 64 bits

So um im just uninstalling the game atp bc bb im not dealing with this anymore since its just breaking my pc anyways! 🥰

Yeah the first time it's laggy but after doing a mission or two it becomes smooth

The first time after using dxvk, do a mission to completion then after that it becomes smooth

Its 64 bit dx11 right
