How about Changing Ice Bomb, that its Literally a Bomb Placed on the Enemy with the 100% Slow Debuff, that Explodes with a percentage of the next incomming damage? that would be a pretty nice Change. The skill itself just doesnt deal dmg At all then. so 0 dmg on initial cast but a 100% slow and a Bomb placed on the enemys head made out of Ice.

Ice Bomb is not a slow afaik, its a Root

there is nothing like a Root in the game, even Saint Roots are just a 100% slow
