While I agree with overall idea I think that those ranges should be different. Especially in early stages of game you have more like 5 to 10 arrows rather than 50 to 100.
So it is important to now WHEN exactly you will run out of arrows.

I like such details. Even tho they are not... let's say "the most important" comparing to other elements, but I truly admire such small elements in the game.

People that don't want to count the arrows in the quiver, but still want to know the exact number at a glance. Makes it less immersive, but easier to see, I guess. Maybe we can turn things like these off in the options.
