Hi!

I'm looking to jump into a clan to tackle the upcoming Clan Wars.

I'm new and I absolutely love this game. It gives me the same feeling as playing Etrian Odyssey, one of my favourite series.

I've been playing for only 2 weeks and gotten to Level 38, total power 338k, working through the campaign on Nightmare.

I can literally barely pull 1.25mil of damage on the Demon Lord boss, but I'm levelling up some clan boss smashers so that should change soon.

Anyway, the clan I'm in is inactive, but I've been logging long hours and doing my 3 stars of activity each day, so I'm not lacking for dedication and it's a shame to stay stuck with them. I've come top in my group for tag team arena (so far) and champion levelling tournaments, but some of the events I have no hope at!

This is what happens when clans cluster. They become full of themselves, then full of politics, then toxic collapse. Seen half a dozen top 100 clans rise and for on that pattern.

Lately it's about 40-80 messages and understandably recruits may feel overwhelmed - but the best ones looking find time to say yes or no, in a way that isn't rude back - as an example i got a message back that was actually personalized from a player who at the time was a reach for us and I didn't expect it. High or low might, top or learning skill level, I keep the player on my list in future if they write a good ad and respond well if messaged. We can see having messaged them before also - and a recruit may grow into the very player we need a few months later - and why message again the ones who don't bother once or twice already? Most will not respond, but those who do have the courtesy to let recruiters know lay the groundwork perhaps for a good future move. 🙂

true 🙂 I have not blocked anyone for not responding - which is also how I can see what we have said before, or not. In some cases, we were not yet a match but perhaps in future. Keeping such lines open is opportunity and who may say 🙂 I too have recruited over 3 years now...so I hear you both. Perhaps recruits will benefit from seeing this feedback and improve their response leading to better outcomes for all of us.
