Is it possible to get a pcs v3 connector in the main repo ?

Based on Discord discussions over the past few days, it looks like there might be community sentiment supporting a PancakeSwap V3 connector: https://docs.pancakeswap.finance/developers/smart-contracts/pancakeswap-exchange/v3-contracts.

Since Hummingbot already supports UniswapV3 and has a Uniswap V3 LP strattegy, the work is to replicate the UniswapV3 code archecture for PancakeV3 so that the UniswapV3 LP strategy works on Pancake.

There's a community team that is willing to do this work for a 300K HBOT bounty. If there's community support for this initiative, the Foundation can create an HIP to let HBOT holders decide if we should allocate this bounty.

My partner and I would love to build the V3 connector.

My name is Hyder Alkhalifah, I have been in the crypto space since 2014 and a community member of Hummingbot since 2021. I have been using Hummingbot to market make on crypto dot com while working with them, I worked also with Rain dot com as a crypto quant analyst.
