Hi from Pecunia.Finance, we created this post to provide for discussion about our upcoming HIP.

Description : Proposal to provide funding for the integration of the Cosmos Ecosystem Interface which is a scalable abstraction layer of the components used in every Cosmos-related protocol. This interface will facilitate building connectors in the Cosmos ecosystem in the future, for everyone.

HBOT Allocation : 1,000,000 HBOT (delivered upon review completion & merge)

Thanks for posting this, Nick. I took a brief look at the code and it seems to support a lot of the Cosmos functionality - it also has tests, etc. In terms of the HBOT allocation amount, I think the amount seems reasonable given other recent HIPs (1.5m for RippleDEX, 500k for NEAR).

One question: Gateway core structure is still being actively improved, so there will likely be some tweaks needed over the next few months. Can you maintain this interface?

To answer your question, we intend to maintain the interface (we have more connectors planned which will use it too), however improvements/enhancements may require additional funding.
