#Mod on Steam Deck not working on PC.

I’ve had to redo my whole regulation.bin so I thought I’d install all mods from scratch. Later I transferred them to my PC. All mods work on the Deck, but on PC the dodge mod is the only one that still won’t work for whatever reason. I’m really confused.
Oh.. hehe.. obviously. Sorry.
Don’t be surprised, both the Deck and my PC run on Linux, so they’re using the same setup. I’ll have the shot uploaded in a sec.
Yeah, I’m one of those, lol. Which is why it’s doubly weird. It’s the exact same setup. It just won’t do the animation.
Well then modengine is not running then
inside your mods folder you have your chr folder right?
The mods folder is used for Elden Ring Mod Loader files, while MO2 mods go into the mod folder. The modengine2.dll and the lua.dll are both in the mods folder to start the MO2 mods through Elden Ring Mod Loader automatically.
That's right. Inside the mod folder should be the chr folder. If it's not working again, then mod engine is not running. Mod engine takes all the folders inside the mod folder and puts it on top of the game replacing them. It's impossible that it's not working unless you didn't install the mod correctly or that modengine is not working
Other solution is to use ME3
I copied the files 1:1 to my PC. I’m really confused as to what I could’ve setup wrong. The chr folder is in the mod folder with all the other folders. I’m kind of at my wits end. First I’ve got an issue with the „No Scaling Letters“ mod and now this. This one’s just really annoying though, haha.
Use modengine 3 or search for another tutorial. It might just be that you need different settings
Even if both uses linux as a base
I’ll try it out, thanks!
I will. Thanks!
Just letting you know I got it to work. I just copied over all the MO2 program files again and now it works. Guess something wasn’t up to date or missing with. Now I just need to find out how to get the „No Scaling Letters“ mod to work.
