[Solved] How do I stop Torrent from slowing down when drawing a normal bow?

I kind of felt it was weird that Torrent would slow down for this action so I wanted to fix that. Image is just eye candy.

go to a044 from 39700 to 39720 all of them have 100901 speffect, remove it
