Merging regulation Bins, there are 2 mods i would like to have ingame daelys power scalling mod, thats increases the status scalling hp, stamina and fp which each lvl. and the other mod is draconic arsenal. that changes the move set of 4 weapons. both use regulations bins. they are very different mod from each other so it should work. only both the mods dont have instruction about merging. so im not sure what to extract or what ever. maybe someone can give me some info about this

This is a guide on how to merge regulation bins from very different mods made by cleverraptor6 on Nexusmods (you have to use DSMapStudio)
If you need it here's a guide on how to merge c0000.anibnd.dcx from different mods (you have to use Yabber), from cleverraptor6.

Many mods contain animation changes stored in the chr folder. The main file changed is the c0000.anibnd.dcx file, containing all the info for what h
is yabber still good i heared its outdated
I've merged the TAE files of dragonscale 2.0 with clever's moveset modpack and it worked, but some of the tae that i have merged modified also other katanas' moveset idk why π
But it's not a big problem, in the end I could use clever's new weapons and the dagonscale blade without problems, so I think it's still good but I don't really know, I'm just a beginner π€·π»π
not bad for a beginner, you made it work. when im going to do the merge, could you give me a hand. if it doesnt work for me.
Oh my- idk if I'll be able to help you but I'll try ππ€·π»
Anyway, since the two mods are not modifying the same class of weapon, you shouldn't have problems during the CVS and TAE merging. Also I don't think you will need to merge the TAE from draconic arsenal, because the other mod doesn't affect any weapon animation, just the scaling that you can modify through DSMapStudio, and it's very easy to do it.
Basically you open DSMS and click on "file" (left upper corner), "new file" (or just new i forgot sorry) and then you select the directory of the new project.json (the file that lets you mod the regulation bins). When you select the directory make sure you put this new file into the same folder as the regulation bin that you want to merge. Call this project.json maybe "Main" and repeat the process. When you will create another project.json make sure you'll put it in the same folder as THE OTHER regulation bin that you want to merge and call it maybe "Main2".
After that you open Main2 and in the left part of the screen will appear the parameters' column... Just type "modified" in the searchbar on the top of the column and there will appear all the modified parameters of the mod (coloured in green).
What you have to do now is to click on the first green parameter. In the central column there will appear all the rows that you can modify for that parameter.
Again you type "modified" in the searchbar at the top of the central column.
Here comes the complicated part: Now you need to select all the green rows and export them by clicking "edit" (near "file", in the top left corner)... I'm sorry but idk how to explain how to export the rows because I forgot BUT in the guide that I gave you it is well explained.
After you have exported all of the rows for a single parameter remember to save them maybe in a folder on your desktop named as the parameter you have exported the rows from.
After that you open your "Main" project and type "modified" in the searchbar of the first column
Select THE SAME parameter name as the one you have exported the rows from. Then click "Edit" and "import"... I don't remember how to import sorry πΏ
Just follow the guide ok? What I wrote to you is basically what it's inside the guide π
And in the guide is better explained for sure :))
great i will give it a try thank you
