The only thing I can think of is that modengine doesn't have the .ini at the end which might be the result of you have the extensions disabled but you have other ones visible in the same screenshot so I am skeptical of that

Yes but I don't know who could help you, this is also more of a technically installation issue rather than a modding issue and DS3 uses parts and modengine so it isn't something only Sekiro modders would know about

I assume you are talking about a voice mod in which case you'd need to just put the folder into mods. I don't know what folder is used for dialogue, it might just be sound but I am not certain

Ok well you could just install the mod pop the skills and get the trophy then uninstall if you want it for the trophy
