Having issue seeing why the commander model only stays still and turns with the player. All the ai stuff should be fine.

unless you screwed up the animations somehow, this is probably an AI thing
make a dupe of him with no entity ID
and make sure that copy has the right npcParam, npcThinkParam, and spEffectSet that a vanilla commander uses

just tested made a duplicate outside the arena same exact stuff as the boss one works fine
