you edit them in DSMS. You need to enable lights in the Display menu to make them appear.

direction lights apply light uniformly in a single direction (y'know, similar to the sun)

so its position matters less than the angle

i'm seeing zero lights so you don't have them enabled, to start

now find find the directional light

if you don't see something weird with the light filter on, just go through the lights until you find the one with the directional light type

change the angle of that one and the 2nd btl directional light in btl _lq (which is used for LODs or something, it's ambiguous. every btl light has a dupe)
