Apparently my issue is that the program that im using to convert it, sometimes decides to not work

I asked someone else to try to convert it for me and it worked just fine

it usually works

but sometimes it just decids to give me an error

@pine trench normally I use FXMLRDS3 to open it, and tried FXR3-XMLR but it's not working (at least for this file)

do you recommend I use something different to open it?

Yeah avocado should work but it’s hard to track down. Try yabber 1,3
