Description: The quest A Job for Shayla (2) shows up in the journal as at the location Perilous Ruins but the item is dropped from Hoarfrost Hollow. It seems all her questline stay in Perilous Ruins instead of the location that the next mission is in.

Additionally, Fomorian Technology does the same. I don't know if this is intended to appear in the wrong spots.

I think this one is correct. Piercing the Crescent Moon is the backup mission if Ellis is dead. The actual mission after talking to Ellis is to get Kobold Bomb Sacks and Slingshot Bullets, I think.

Originally, the first item required for this mission was Toad Oil from Goliath. Not sure if that's still the case.
