#Departure licenses are used out of expiration order

Time: 05/01/2023 8:12 a.m. (EDT) (issue ongoing since last departure license order revamp)
Description: The order departure licenses show up to be used generally seems to be:
-Guild licenses
-Departure boost licenses
-Expiring licenses
-Non-expiring licenses

This, in general, is good. However, if licenses (e.g. weekly temporal mission reward licenses) are expiring before reset, it makes sense to put the licenses that are expiring before the end of the day ahead of the "daily-refilled" licenses.

Additionally, it seems like there is an issue with expiring licenses being categorized differently. As shown in the image, a license expiring within 4 hours (I believe from hero mode box) is listed below licenses expiring in 4 days (from weekly mission reward).

Under the hood, it seems like licenses are sorted based on category, rather than the actual expiration on the license. That seems like the fundamental issue.

This is per definition a bug. The patch notes introducing this change stated the license will be displayed per time remaining before expiration

is related to a bug tho* for some reason they still show up in the list after expiring, under certain circumstances (game open at the moment of expiration) yes and if you try to use them you will get a loading screen then error pop up msg "Unable To Depart License Expired" sending you back to town

small detail didnt gave it enough relevance for report tho since all you need to do is relog to fix it

Working as intended because they don't want to care about fixing it as it is not impacting much of anything. Which is ok. But not very honest imo...
