Certain I set my Fishing boats Solo, Multiple times I have come back to people in my boat and/or the boat wreaked. Not a major issue, but is a Solo boat. Afk for about as long as the fishing poles last.

if you depart solo its open for others to join but if you create a party and set it as private people cant join you
