/hud <target> <visible: hide|show> [hud_element]
do /effect <target> <effect name> <seconds> <level> true
the true at the end basically removes the particles and icons
the boolean at the end is to hide particles, not icons
/effect <player: target> <effect: Effect> [seconds: int] [amplifier: int] [hideParticles: Boolean]
Yeah I remember that it hid icons aswell but I just checked and I was wrong mb
That does work but it hides every effect icon
yes it does hide them all
hiding individual effect icons isn't possible with just commands
you'd need a resource pack
