because the sounds doesnt follow the entity so how is it made?

there's this thing in playsound that changes the speed of the audio thats how he got the sound to go low and high pitch, and the doppler effect probably has to do of the entity going forward the player which makes the sound less louder and higher pitch, and when moving away that's what makes it go low and louder, correct?
