Does anyone know how to use colored point light in MinecraftBE1.21.130+?

Back when Deferred Lighting (Vibrant Visuals) only worked in Preview, point lights were configured in some resource file and could be applied to blocks added via add-ons. Does anyone know how to do that now?

You can use colored light (point lights/static lights) in preview.
Unfortunately it's not in release build for now.
