im trying to make a block that is two blocks tall, and the selection and collision boxes are always a full block, how do i make it so they're as tall as to blocks, like how tall grass or a sunflower hitboxes are taller than a block but a single block

Thats not possible collision boxes and selection boxes are limited to 16x16 at max the grass blocks doors and beds are hardcoded to exceed that limit... If you want double blocks you must use script to place break block on place and break on the lower block
