I'm pretty sure at least one of them is: minecraft:huge_mushroom_feature unless that's the aggregate feature for either to randomly spawn.

Ok I had a poke around, that might be the aggregate, these are also internal feature names: minecraft:huge_red_mushroom_feature and minecraft:huge_brown_mushroom_feature
The feature rule for the huge mushrooms on the mushroom island is called minecraft:mushroom_island_surface_huge_mushroom_feature
