i would like to make a custom mace for an SMP that gives u 15 hearts + permanent resistance 1 + speed 1
also my item is looking good in 1st person view but ont in 3rd person

If you want it to be world wide

Then you should probably get bridge

And use a script to test if anyones holding the item and give them the effects you want
