I've noticed that some packs have recently added a feature where changing the name of an entity will change their texture, for example actions and stuff changes the texture of a happy ghast based on its name, and structura changes the armor stands texture based on the name, is there a way to do this with armor solely with resource packs? I want it so if I name a helmet "Cap" it changes its model and texture to a cap.

Sadly, no. There's a molang query for entity names , but not one for what name an item was given at an anvil
