Is there a way to change the color of light from blocks that emit light?

For example every single light in vanilla gives off a warm tone, im wondering if and how (and where) i would edit it to make it a cooler tone?

i tried editing the colors for the light block and it didn't do anything

again tried making the torch color cool toned under "point lights", am i editing the wrong thing?

Not possible. Unless you enable render dragon features for creators toggle and add a point light to it
