No.
Bcause in scripts, you can only set lores when the item is inside inventory .
You can see in the Resource pack, he is hovering the item on the creative category, not inventory.

and btw it was exactly what I was talking about, that scripting provides looping like this so you can just write that item ids loop and its working well

actually it's more than 1 thousand :p
this project fetches all Item IDs from an API specifically designed to retrieve Item IDs from a known latest version (including both stable and preview), then converts them into data stored in a property bag and processes them using a few lines of bindings
