JSON UI is being deprecated in favor of Ore UI. Note that any add-ons using JSON UI will eventually break in the coming years. Unlike JSON UI, Ore UI is hardcoded and cannot be modified by resource packs. I saw this on the intro web for json ui does it mean we can't make custom ui soon???

Since featured servers use JSON UI pretty extensively, I don't think they'll just remove JSON UI without giving us an alternative.

Ore UI cannot be modified right now, this doesn't mean that they won't be making it customizable.

I think Ore UI is much more intuitive than JSON UI as it's based on web standards instead of stupid JSON stuff

They'll work on converting screens from ORE-UI to JSON-UI first iirc
