[RESOLVED]feature could not be place at this location

When trying to place my structure with /place it says "feature could not be place at this location". I dont know what the hell that means since im placing it on the floor and im in a plains biome what is the one the feature spawns in, PLUS I could not find my structure at all in the world

oh yeah the only time i have ever gotten it to work is if you are standing in the block that the structure is allowed to spawn on

So the block_allowlist is what the block is allowed to spawn on?

As it says the same thing while standing on a block or flying in the air

in order to place my ore i had to be undergound in stone because that was the block it was allowed to replace

I dont understand this, So if I place grass_block in "block_allowlist" then it should spawn ontop of the grass_block when using /place??

but for what they are its infinitly better then structure template features which was our only way of doing it before
