Issues with auto adjusting my sidebar

one is mobile and one is pc... i can adjust on pc window to match properly... but don't want to have to do that... can someone help me figure out what to do

use stack panel for the two sidebars and avoid using offset and size in px. instead use % or just anchors

its not properly aligning, because i feel like the size of the images are not dynamic either

changed all panels to stack_panels

but the veritcal alignments not doing anything so i dk
