Skull attachables

Where are the attachables for skulls stored?

I checked the vanilla resource pack but couldnt find them

i'd like to change the way that players wear skulls, instead of the skull being on the players head, i'd like it to be on top of the players head. is that possible?

My guess is that it's hardcoded. It might work to make a new attachable file though

just create your own model, create a new attachable file and the identifier should be the ID of the head.

might not actually work since heads don't have separate id and use one ID only
