what's dynamic properties recording limit

As far as I know, dynamic properties have a recording limit per minute.
What dynamic properties exactly does it concern?
Absolutely all dynamic properties, including items and entities?

there's an individual size limit on dynamic properties of about 32000 bytes, and I'm pretty sure there's a global size limit of some insanely large number, close to half a gigabyte. Unless you're writing like the worst code known to mankind you should never hit this, and can check it by doing world.getDynamicPropertyByteCount() I'm pretty sure
